So we're all agreed, Roberts deserves an up or down vote. Right? I would dearly love to see him refuse to answer questions that were not asked of Judge Ruth Bader Ginsberg during her confirmation process.

| Yeah, I'm thinking a filibuster isn't going to be too popular here, especially given that only 3 Democratic Senators voted against his previous confirmation. It'll be hard for them to not only vote against him but to claim that he's SUCH a loose cannon that he can't possibly be brought before the Senate.
