|We used to do a lot of pranks like this. We filled one woman's cube up with balloons and another cube with boxes. We rearranged someone's keyboard so that the keys were in alphabetical order. We taped a banana under someone's desk, just to see how long it'd be before they noticed the rotting smell (it was a looooong time).
The one prank we didn't do yet is to actually move someone's entire cube to a different floor. I think it's just a matter of time.

|One thing that is quick and fun, if the person uses Microsoft Word or some other word processing program that has an AutoCorrect feature. Set it up so that a commonly typed word changes to something ridiculous. For example, change "Sincerely" to "Elvis has left the building." Tools > AutoCorrect Options, fill out the Replace and With and then hit Add and OK. This can be done in the time it takes someone to get a cup of coffee.
If you really want to get creative and you know VB, there's also a lot you can do with macros. :-)
