  • NCAA Pool Results

       April 04, 2006

With a stunning comeback from 17th place, James' "He Hat Me" team won our 2nd annual Dummocrats NCAA basketball pool. To the victors go the spoils.

But, the losers also get spoils! Our worst team was "mermermer". I'm not sure who that is, but they can email me for a special last place prize.

unfortunately, i didn't pick florida to win it all in any of my for-money brackets. in those, i think i picked uconn in all. (though i had FL in the final four, i think)

why florida? b/c bruce pearl said that he thought florida was the best non-number 1 seed in the tourney. (he'd know, he beat them twice.) when bruce pearl talks, i listen.

After I read about Florida's freshmen beating up the juniors and seniors in a pickup game brawl, I knew they were gonna do it.

    Wish I'd known earlier.
